WAIT LIST FAQ’s

You may change any of your stated preferences for unit type, size, location etc. Your position on the list is determined by the date we receive your application; thus, making it interchangeable among our lists.

Your status is active if you select ASAP (As Soon As Possible) on the application. This means that when we arrive to your name on the list we will call you to ascertain if you are still interested.

Your status is inactive if you select Later on the application. This means that we will not call you every time there is a vacancy. An inactive status allows your position on the list to improve as time goes on. You would make yourself active on the wait list when it is closer to the time that you would consider moving into Trillium Village;

You will be called when we arrive at your name on the list you have requested to be placed on. An appointment will be made in order for you to view the apartment being offered. Upon acceptance of the unit and its corresponding rental price, a tenancy agreement with a mutually agreed upon start date will be signed.

You do not go to the bottom of the list but your status will change to inactive. It is now your responsibility to inform us when you would like to be active and considered for a unit again. Bear in mind that we would need to house wait list applicants that we are currently working with.
